Shipping Information

Shipping within the UK
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail standard first class. Flat rate shipping fee of £4.20 applies to orders under £60. We offer free shipping for orders over £60 within the UK.

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all of our international orders and charge by weight:

When will I receive my order?
For customers in the UK, you should receive your order in 2-5 working days. For the rest of the world, packages should arrive in 7-14 working days, international customers will be able to check online using the package tracking number. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please check with your local customs office, as you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges on your delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on our products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased, then you have the right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail your cancellation - click here to email us, If you cancel prior to your order being processed, we will refund any amount you have been charged within 30 days of your notice of cancellation. Please note that most orders are usually processed in 24 hours.
 
If you cancel your order once the package has been delivered or despatched to you, there are some important conditions:
  1. Please return the item to us within 28 days of your notice to cancellation, and pay the costs of shipping.
  2. The returned item has to be unopened, unused and undamaged, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  3. We will issue a refund after we receive the returned item. The refund given will be for the price paid for the product and does not include shipping.
 
We do not accept cancellations on our customized products once payment has been made.
 
If in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty items, we will replace them free of charge. In such an instance, for details on how to return goods please click here to email us. Once received and verified we will then issue a full refund or send a replacement as required.
