The Heart Sutra, written on a handmade folding fan.

Material: Bamboo, Xuan paper
Ink: Yu Wen Xuan ink stick, hand ground.

The work features the inscription:

歲次辛丑初春元宵 “in the year of 'Xinchou' (2021), on the day of the lantern festival"
方耀耀敬書於四閒齋 "written humbly by Fang Yaoyao at Sixian Studio"

and four personal seals of the artist:

方耀耀私印 "Seal of Fang Yaoyao"
延年 "Live long"
三 "San"
四般閒事"Seal of Sixian"

The seals are all carved by the hand of Cheng lixue 程立雪, a renowned painter and calligraphy master from Hubei province, China.
