This teapot was hand-crafted in Jingdezhen, China. It is perfectly sized for one person, or to share between two people in small cups.

The teapots are unglazed both inside and outside, and as a result I usually recommend them to be used to brew only one type of tea. Over time you will see a gradual change to the appearance as you use it to brew your tea.

Inside, the potter has carefully crafted a ball-shaped filter which aids smooth pouring and stops leaves from clogging the spout. The lip has been carefully designed so that it pours cleanly and won't drip when drawing back.

Length (with handle and spout): 8.5 cm
Height: 7 cm
Volume: 70 ml
