Carefully selected old yuzhu(玉竹) bamboo.

The bamboo is first treated with a natural process of boiling in water and then dried in open shade. The outer skin of the bamboo is then peeled off by hand and carefully sanded and prepared with a smooth finish for the tea table.

No paints, varnishes or lacquers are used in the finishing process, enabling the bamboo to retain the beauty of its natural appearance.
