Flavour: This tea features extremely rich floral and honey aromas, with a subtle milk-like note and a smooth and mild, sweet and rich texture.
The distinct honey-like notes of this tea with its floral undertones are reminiscent of scents you might find in a botanical garden. When drinking, the tea has a noticeably smooth and mild texture, leaving a delicate scent on the underside of the gaiwan lid.
Brewing suggestions:
Gongfu Brewing (工夫泡法):
Utensil: Gaiwan/porcelain teapot (110ml)
Amount: 5g
Water temp: 100℃
First infusion: no rinse required, steeping 15-40 seconds for the first infusion depending on your personal preference.
Following infusions: increase brew time by around 15 seconds each time, can be steeped over 10 times.
